Returns & Refunds Policy

At EvaDry, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines when returns, refunds, exchanges, and replacements are available, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at evadryofficial@gmail.com

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive an item and are not satisfied, we may offer a replacement or exchange, depending on the issue.

In most cases, a free exchange or replacement can be arranged without requiring a return, provided:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • It is the first exchange or replacement for the order

Free exchanges or replacements are limited to one per order and may be for the same item or another item of equal or lesser value.

If your item does not fit correctly, we offer a free size replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Simply contact us with your order number and the size you need.
There is no need to return the original item.

This guarantee applies once per item.


Returns & Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is not of acceptable quality or fit for purpose

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If a return is required, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging


Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, as required by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
